your spot on any trip:
Please review our
refund policy below, and then:
1. Send a
check for $500 made out to: "TAO Guide Service". Be sure to
put the trip name and dates on your check.
OR
2. Pay by
credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
using
PayPal. Click here to go to our secure
form for credit processing. We can also process your deposit ourselves
if you are uncomfortable doing credit transactions on the
internet.
Please contact us for arrangements in that
case.
Once we receive
your deposit, we will send you detailed trip information and
registration forms.
Refund
Policy:
All monies are
fully refundable if we must cancel a trip for any reason. If you
cancel after making payment, deposits are non-refundable. (Please
consider supplemental trip cancellation/interruption insurance.)
Balances are refundable ONLY according to the policies below:
90
days or more before the trip: 100% of trip balance only (no deposit
refunds).
60 to 90
days before the trip: 75% refund.
30 to 60
days before the trip: 50% refund.
30 to 0
days before the trip: NO REFUNDS.

POLICY:
If you can find
someone to take your place, we can arrange for refunds at any time,
less a $100
service fee.
